Rekindling memories of her beloved aunt Moneira and her great cooking skills Marina will show you how to cook and prepare tasty recipes of the most popular Egyptian dishes, some of which are dating back to the ancient pharaohs.
One of which is “Ful Medammes – Egypt’s national dish. You don’t know Egypt, if you haven’t tried Ful Medammes.” The spicy and very nutritious fava bean stew is eaten for breakfast but is also enjoyed for lunch or as a snack. You can buy it from street vendors and shops almost everywhere in Egypt.
