Whilst the dates and prices for the courses are correct at the time of going to press, Cooking Like Cleopatra reserves the right to make alterations to dates, times, course content & prices. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.
Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the course.
If you find you are unable to attend a course less than 28 days before the date of the course you are welcome to send someone else in your place. We regret that the course fees will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative course. If this is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses you may incur.
Health and Safety Cooking requires the use of heat and sharp utensils, so there is inevitably a risk of accidents. To minimise this risk we ask that you dress appropriately for all our courses. This especially applies to suitable non-slip, non-open toe footwear.
You should read these terms and conditions before buying from us and we recommend that you keep a copy for your records.

Placing an order through www.cooking-like-cleopatra.com is simple. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping basket, you follow a series of simple instructions to select your delivery address and payment method.
After finalising your order request by clicking the ‘Place order’ button at the end of the process, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to enter your payment details. By entering your details and clicking the ‘Pay now’ button, you will be placing your order. Placing an order is legally binding.
We will send you an e-mail acknowledgement confirming your order reference, value and payment method. We suggest you keep this confirmation in a safe place in case you have any queries.
We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we will dispatch the products. You can pay through Paypal using any major credit or debit card or through your Paypal account. Paying by credit or debit card does not require you to have a Paypal account. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we wonít be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In such cases, Paypal will reject your payment and your order will not be placed.
If you change your mind about what you’ve ordered or want to add additional products, the simplest thing is to contact marina@cooking-like-cleopatra.com immediately.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to make the changes you require. In cases where your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Cooking Like Cleopatra returns and refunds policy.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days and will email you to let you know when your order is on its way. We use Royal Mail first class postage for all deliveries.
We currently only ship to the UK – shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Usually, the website is intelligent and can count the number of pieces of stock we have for any one item. Occasionally it may malfunction and might try and sell you something we don’t have. If this happens we promise to contact you asap and either refund, offer something similar, or tell you how long the wait might be before the product comes back into stock.
The prices on this website are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the price of your goods at the time that your order was placed for purposes of refunds and returns. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
